Do androids dream of electric sheep? That’s a question vinyl enthusiasts will ask next month. Some 30 years later, Vangelis’ brilliant score to Ridley Scott’s 1982 sci-fi masterpiece, Blade Runner, is finally resurfacing on vinyl via Audio Fidelity.
Due out April 16th, the soundtrack will be available on translucent red 180-gram vinyl and will include Vangelis’ original 12-track score as opposed to New American Orchestra’s eight-track release that surfaced in the early ’80s.
