You will work with a passionate team of professional musicians and product developers, using your industry contacts, project management experience, organisational skills and audio expertise to further enhance the output of the company.

You will have an absolute understanding of and provable experience in sound recording, music production, sound design, the music industry, digital products and the music software market.

You will be passionate about all things audio, highly creative, personable and able to demonstrate your ability to bring new ideas to the table and inspire those around you. You will have drive, enthusiasm, confidence and the ability to adapt to the pressures of a fast moving start up environment. You will be aware of what is important and have a thorough understanding of what you are trying to achieve in all situations. You will be able to prioritise tasks, scrutinise your workflow and increase the efficiency of your own processes and those within the team.

Ideally you will have at least five years experience working in a professional sound design or music production environment with solid references and examples of your work, although all applications will be considered. Product design, team management, sample library or plugin development and project management experience are also desirable.
