Job: Product Specialist Pianos Classic Division

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and passionate individual to become a Product Specialist for Pianos within the Classic Division of the UK Branch. Reporting to the Product Manager, the candidate will be the go-to person ensuring that Yamaha, Bösendorfer and Kemble pianos are fully understood by staff, dealers and consumers.

Description:

You will be delivering effective product training and presentations to help drive business forward. Key tasks include: supporting UK staff with dealer and consumer queries, identifying artists and key influencers to develop and support our brand awareness, help create digital content that can be used throughout Europe, manage our piano demonstration team, attend trade shows and musical events, develop marketing materials and identify and communicate PR opportunities, to name a few.

The successful candidate must have a genuine passion for piano and have a deep knowledge of the acoustic piano and market. A piano player with experience in promoting and marketing musical instruments would be a distinct advantage.  This is a challenging and stimulating role ideally suited to a well organised and ambitious individual who will “go the extra mile” to achieve results. You should be prepared to attend conferences and trade shows where you will be representing the company’s products and carrying out demonstrations to the attendees. The successful candidate should also be able to demonstrate a deep knowledge of the industry and have good people and administrative skills. A flexible attitude and a full driving licence is essential as regular UK travel is also a requirement of this role, however you will be predominately based in our office in Milton Keynes.

You must have excellent computer skills and be fully competent with normal software applications such as Microsoft Office. Knowledge in Adobe CS, InDesign and Photoshop would also be a distinct advantage.

In return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and the usual company benefits
