Data Driven Marketer
You will head up all things data and marketing at Noiiz, testing and implementing new pricing, acquisition and retention strategies and helping us grow Noiiz through data driven ideas and decisions. You will join a team committed to continuous improvement and use your experience to help us spread the word about Noiiz, create the best experiences for our community and promote rapid growth.
You will have at least 5 years of proven experience in a senior marketing role and thorough knowledge of saas business models, digital advertising and marketing automation, excel in maths and data analysis and understand a wide range of marketing theories and strategies on a deep level.

Creators Product Manager
You will join Noiiz as a facilitator, finder, promoter and champion of our Creator community, helping facilitate rapid content growth and high liquidity in the platform.
You’ll have at least 5 years professional experience working in a platform based company, growing communities and designing systems to enable them to interact. You’ll have a strong technical background and a deep understanding of theories and studies related to networks, marketplaces, eco-systems and platforms. You’ll also have a keen interest in all things creative.

VP Of Customer Success
You will join Noiiz as a champion of the independent music maker, supporting them at every step of their journey and making their experience as a member of the Noiiz community fulfilling and enriching.
You’ll have at least 5 years industry experience leading support, operations or marketing teams, a genuine empathy and understanding of the wants and needs of our community and a keen interest in all things creative.

Head Of Sound Design
You will join Noiiz as a talented, highly experienced sound designer, musician and engineer and will be responsible for creating and implementing internal sound design projects.
You’ll have over 10 years industry experience, a highly tuned ‘ear,’ proven experience leading large scale recording projects, thorough knowledge of the tools of the trade and an open minded, creative and analytical approach.

DSP/C++ Developer
You will join Noiiz on an exciting new project, creating new technologies that inspire creativity in our community. You’ll be working independently on a wide variety of technical challenges as well as collaborating with our developers across multiple technology disciplines.
You’ll have over 7 years experience developing software plugins and DSP algorithms and a Masters or higher level education in a relevant field. Knowledge of emerging technologies, development best practices, Agile principles and the JUCE framework are highly desirable.

Full Stack Developer/Web Architect
You will join Noiiz to head up development of the web platform, designing and building the back end structure of the application and implementing cross platform technologies that connect the Noiiz eco-system.
You’ll have over 5 years’ experience as a software lead/architect, expert knowledge of Ruby on Rails, and a good understanding of DevOps in containerised environments (Docker/Heroku), database design/optimisation, JavaScript & CSS and a commitment to true Agile principles and TDD/BDD.

You’ll help the Noiiz content team to ensure sound content meets our high standards and is formatted, edited, tagged and uploaded effectively.
You will be able to demonstrate experience working in a similar field, be comfortable working independently, have thorough knowledge of the tools of the trade and have a meticulous attention to detail.

Artist Creator
*more info coming soon* As an Artist Creator you’ll join our community of world leading sound designers, musicians, artists, production houses, recording studios, record labels and recording engineers developing world class content to share with the Noiiz community. You’ll have access to the Noiiz Creators Portal where you will be able to track royalties, engagement with your content and network and promote your brand or services if you wish.
You’ll have a proven background in music or sound and an extensive existing portfolio to demonstrate this.
