Job Creative Assistant

As part of our ongoing expansion, Downtown Music UK is looking to recruit a full-time Creative Assistant to join our growing team in London. We are looking for someone with a creative and proactive approach, who will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Overseeing the online server system of music: uploading, organising, metadata, BOX services, collating
folders
Responding to creative sync briefs, from music supervisors and from the sync team
Assisting with guest-list invites and mailouts for gigs and events
Assisting the team with new business
Diary management for the Head of A&R
Organising and writing newsletters every month
Collate reports where necessary
Regularly meeting with the sync team to discuss creative opportunities for sync clients
Assisting with research into new artists
Attending gigs
Be familiar with the Downtown music catalogue
You are:

Someone with at least 1 year’s Music industry experience in a creative department
Understanding of systems protocol, best practice and operations
A strong Team player
Passionate about Music
Down to earth, dynamic and confident
