• Have passion, commitment and dedication.

• Differentiate lessons to ensure all pupils achieve above expectations.
• Carry out behaviour management in line with the school’s policies and procedures.
• Have a proactive teaching approach in the class to ensure your learning support is tailored to each child’s individual need.
